Trimmer / Laminator (Automotive/Aerospace)

Position: Trimmer / Laminator (Automotive/Aerospace)

Location: Switzerland (crossborder talents welcome).

We're looking for a highly experienced trimmer / laminator starting September 15th, for a temporary assignment running at least until December 2025.

There is a chance it may continue beyond January 2026, but that cannot be guaranteed yet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Prepreg and Composite materials for various projects in automotive, airospace, airplanes, yachts etc
• Accurate, clean and professional way of working, competent in dealing with the materials and working methods
• Precise trimming and layering of carbon fiber and composite materials.
• Following technical drawings and specifications for lamination processes.
• Ensuring quality and precision in every production step.

Qualifications:

• Completed training in Laminating, or a comparable qualification (e.g., Model Builder, Carpenter, Joiner, Boat Builder).
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the Composite field
• Experience in vehicle components and industrial parts
• Proven experience as a Trimmer or Laminator, ideally within the automotive, aerospace, or a similar industry.
• You are an EU/EFTA citizen.
• You are willing and able to relocate to Switzerland for the duration of the project.
• You have a strong sense of quality and an eye for detail.
