Responsibilities:
- Organise the production according to the meal
plan
- Organise the production according to the special
events (Open Day, Graduations)
- Responsible
for the pastries production in all the outlets; respecting the school
standards in terms of quality, quantity, presentation, etc.
- Support
the cold or/and hot kitchen upon needs
- Have good interaction with the production Kitchen
in Bulle Campus and create synergy
- Control the cleanness of the pastry according to
the Weekly Cleaning planning
- Respect and apply the HACCP rules
Profile and experiences:
- CFC pâtissier or equivalent
- Pedagogic certificate an asset
- Minimum 3 years of practice in an international
environment
- Experience in kitchen
an asset
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP
- Organized, attentive to details and flexible
- Available to work during weekends
- Fluent in French and English
- In constant research of improvement
