Role Purpose: The MET Digital Industrialization Lead drives the digital transformation of our global manufacturing and engineering network, focusing on PlaTO as our core digital platform. This role is pivotal in standardizing practices, enabling connectivity, and fostering digital excellence across sites and engineering communities. Accountabilities:
Leading global deployment of PlaTO and digital solutions across manufacturing sites
Managing digital industrialization team for scaling MVPs to full solutions
Partnering with key stakeholders (DPI, Manex, Procurement) to align digital initiatives
Developing and maintaining digital roadmaps aligned with site needs and global strategy
Managing resource allocation across digital projects
Monitoring project progress and providing stakeholder updates
Driving continuous improvement in digital delivery processes
Facilitating knowledge sharing through communities of practice

MS/BS in industrial, engineering or chemical sciences
Experience in managing complex, multi-site technology projects
Proven track record in digital transformation within manufacturing
Strong stakeholder management across diverse cultures
Demonstrated ability to drive technology adoption
Fluent in English
