Greenliff ranks among the top employers in Switzerland 2019
Greenliff was awarded as "Great Place to Work", making it one of the top employers in Switzerland. We are proud and delighted regarding this recognition.
Great Place to Work is an international institute that evaluates workplace quality and supports companies on their way to become an excellent employer. Every year, they conduct a survey to find out how employees perceive the dimensions credibility, respect, team spirit and pride in their companies. Out of these results, the institute determines the trust index. Together with a culture audit, this trust index provides the basis for the national rankings, such as "Best Workplaces in Switzerland". This year, Greenliff also participated in the survey for the first time.
On Thursday, 4th of April we had the pleasure of participating at the Great Place to Work Award Ceremony, which was held at the Kaufleuten.
Before the Ceremony we were invited for a special "Pre-Event", hosted by Farner Consulting (one of the biggest communication companies in Switzerland) who talked about "Employees as Brand Representatives" (we took away lots of good ideas :-))
The Ceremony itself was quite festive and we had the opportunity to meet and greet other companies. We were also honoured to be recognized as one of the "Great Places to Work".
