To strengthen our digital team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Ecommerce Assistant (m/f/d) 100% in Basel Headquarters as of now till 31.10.2025.

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for various operational tasks in support of the Online Sales Management team (incl. e-Consignment/marketplace)
• You process data via excel.
• You coordinate several teams to manage the online product assortment, identify data errors and correct them.
• You work on online topsellers to update the weekly list of items to be featured.
• You are a 1st level support for Manor.ch marketplace program partners and manage simple platform usage requests, etc.

your profile

• You have a degree in marketing, sales or in a related field.
• Your enthusiasm for e-commerce and the digital field is palpable and contagious.
• You communicate fluently in English.
• You have organized, structured way of working.
• You set yourself apart with your independence, reliability and proactive thinking.
