Mission Description:
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to lead and drive the successful execution of cross-functional projects. In this role, you will be responsible for planning a skilled Project Manager to lead the execution phase of cross-functional projects within our organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects through all phases, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring optimal results track project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and scope.
- Recommend alternative strategies to keep projects on track, escalating issues to program managers or governing bodies in terms of quality, performance, cost, and schedule.
- Develop and manage integrated project plans in partnership with stream leads, ensuring delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
- Initiate, plan, and track project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and scope, recommending alternative strategies as needed.
- Direct projects, manage different phases, and coordinate project teams.
- Achieve optimal results by meeting quality, performance, cost, and scheduling requirements.
- Apply specialized technical or practical expertise and knowledge of project management software and methodologies.
- Support or escalating issues as needed.
- Apply established project management methodologies, tools, and practices (based on PMBOK).
- Ensure effective stakeholder process deployment and standardization of evaluations across business units.
Profile Requirements:
Experience:
- Proven experience in project management and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
- Support process deployment and standardization initiatives across multiple units.
- Experience in product and process management.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and practices based on PMBOK
