In case you need additional care options during the holidays, we can recommend some external camps. These camps are not run by Tandem IMS.

SCHÖB EVENTS

Schöb Events offers a varied holiday program for children aged 5-13 during the school holidays. The children receive professional care from 8am until 6pm with different meeting/ pick up places in Zurich. Individual days or the whole week can be booked. Each day costs CHF 138. InterSoccer camps are geared towards fun and learning new skills in a challenging and safe environment. They hold summer camps all over Switzerland. The nearest camp to Tandem IMS school is FC Seefeld (Bleulerstrasse 70, 8008 Zürich). For more information: InterSoccer Website

Ponyakademie offer horse riding camps running from 9am until 4pm. The full week must be booked and costs CHF 900 per week. They only take a few children so bookings need to be made in advance. Children will spend time horse riding in the arena and in the Uteliberg forest. Children will also learn how to care and how to handle the horses safely. FEB 2026 | 6-13 YEARS

Hoch-Ybrig ski school offers Skiing and snowboarding camps running from 8am until 5.30pm daily, during the sports holidays. Children can be picked up by coach from Zürich (potentially from Tandem school) each morning and then will be returned after a day of fun in the snow. Lunch is included and children are taught by qualified teachers. The week costs around CHF 620.

Our daughter Milla started in Kindergarten 1 and finished in grade 6. We are so thankful to all the teachers, management and administration for the great work they do with the children. Tandem IMS offers a friendly environment and the warmth of a family. Milla had a lot of fun but she also learned a lot. She is not only academically strong in English and German and advanced in French but she developed as an individual who loves and respects people, who is independent and confident, who is free to express her opinion, who knows how to organize her daily life and work under pressure. As she said in her graduation speech: «Here in Tandem I had the best time of my life! I am looking forward to the future because I know I am well prepared for the next step of my life.»
