We are seeking a Localization Specialist to join our team.
Your responsibilities

Coordinate localization projects for marketing content, creative assets, packaging, product information, and customer communications across global markets.

Partner closely with Creative, Content, Product Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, and regional teams to support international product launches and campaigns.

Manage localization workflows, priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.

Collaborate with Creative Operations to support artwork adaptation, production readiness, and quality control of localized assets.

Coordinate external translation and localization vendors, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and efficient execution.

Maintain localization resources, including glossaries, style guides, translation memories, and process documentation.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase localization efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.
Your qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Linguistics, Translation Studies, or a related field.

3-5+ years of experience in localization, content operations, project management, marketing operations, or a related discipline.

Experience managing multilingual content and collaborating with translation and localization partners.

Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with localization workflows and systems such as TMS, CMS, DAM platforms, and project management tools.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across global and cross-functional teams.
