This role will be responsible for the design, implementation, and day-to-day support of Workday HCM and other Forum platforms, with the goal of leveraging technology to support process improvement, operational excellence, and a high-quality employee experience.

Reporting lines & Interactions

Reporting to the Head of IT Business Services, this role will collaborate internally with colleagues across People & Culture, Technology, and other business teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Product Management: Plan, prioritize and implement new product functionality, processes, and tools with an emphasis on iterative, agile deployment.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement through process and product design that supports operational excellence.
  • International Collaboration: Partners with People & Culture, business, and AMS partner to define and implement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Facilitate in the design and development of KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
  • Support: Provides functional and configuration support for Workday and other Forum systems. Continuously support and enable subject matter experts to provide first-level support to the business.

Preferred Job Requirements and Experience

  • 4 - 6 years of software implementation experience, with knowledge of business process design, configuration, reporting, and analytics.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Workday implementation experience required
  • Competency with Talent and Performance, Advanced Compensation, and HR Operations; Knowledge of Learning, Recruiting, and Absences is beneficial.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to operational excellence and the clarification and design of processes and products that enhance operational performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player who enjoys working in a highly dynamic setting with a matrix environment.
