Tasks
As a member of the Future Readiness & Health team, you will gain exposure to the team's full range of responsibilities and support both day-to-day operations and selected projects.
- Identifying prevention and health promotion needs based on existing analyses and insights, such as employee surveys
- Supporting the development, implementation and evaluation of target group-specific prevention measures for cockpit, cabin and ground staff
- Taking on a key role in the temporary ground assignment process, supporting the placement of employees who are currently unable to fly into suitable roles on the ground
- Contributing to the further development of the company-wide mental health concept
- Coordinating employee leisure activities
- Maintaining and further developing the Health Management SharePoint site
- Preparing monthly absence reports and supporting data-based analyses
- Gaining insights into case management and supporting selected related tasks
- Supporting cross-functional tasks and projects within the Future Readiness & Health team, including areas such as Learning & Development

Requirements
- Strong interest in occupational health management and motivation to actively contribute to its further development
- Completed Bachelor's degree in health promotion, health management or a comparable field of study
- Creative mindset and ability to develop practical problem-solving approaches
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a good understanding of numbers and data
- Ability to summarize complex topics clearly, precisely and in a target group-oriented way
- Team-oriented, self-motivated personality with a structured and reliable working style
- Enjoy working with different stakeholder groups and communicating confidently across various levels
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
