🍜 Nooch Asian Kitchen is one of the Familie Wiesner Gastronomie oldest food concepts and has been bringing Asian street food to Switzerland for over 15 years. The restaurant in the Mattenhof area in Kriens offer our guests around 140 seats in the restaurant and over 170 more seats outside. Here our guests enjoy a restaurant visit in a very stylishly furnished Nooch Asian Kitchen. In addition, the team on site is responsible for the take-away and delivery orders of our guests.

Your tasks
- Leading the service team
- Active care of the guests
- Introduction of new service staff
- Compliance with the hygiene concept according to HACCP
- Management of the cash book
- Adherence to the budget
- Carrying out the daily and monthly closings including monthly inventory
- Ordering according to the order records
- Control of incoming deliveries and invoices
- General administration work
Your profile
- Front oriented personality
- Pleasure to work with guests
- Basic gastronomic education or similar
- Several years of experience
- For advantage you already have leadership experience
- PC user knowledge
- Willing to have room hours
