The successful candidate will assist with the logistics and operational execution of the products traded by the firm, including:

• • Reviewing shipping and customs documentation
  • Maintaining inventory and operational records
  • Preparing invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin
  • Reviewing and approving Bills of Lading and related documents
  • Coordinating with warehouses, shipping lines, truckers, customers and suppliers

As an Entry Level Base Metals Traffic Operator, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced traders and operators.

The Successful Applicant

• • Fluent English is mandatory
  • German is preferred
  • Swiss citizen, EU/EFTA passport holder or valid Swiss work permit (C permit preferred)
  • Strong team player, organized and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: CHF 68,000 – CHF 75,000 per year
