Fund Regulatory Reporting Specialist

Job Description
 

  • Lead and execute preparation of regular regulatory reporting for our investors;

  • Create and run reports in accordance with required frequencies and deadlines to meet the regulatory requirements;

  • Provide hands-on inspection of data in source systems and to troubleshoot issues that arise;

  • Record and track new client reporting requirements that are raised by the Client Services teams and take the necessary actions to support those requirements;

  • Responsible for external market regulatory reporting (Solvency II, MiFID II, SFDR, CRR, etc), ad hoc regulatory submissions and the provision of internal advice and guidance on regulatory reporting;

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of regulatory projects by working towards closer integration with other teams to deliver a best in class and sustainable regulatory reporting function for the future.

Requirements

  • Accounting or finance degree or qualification;

  • Previous experience of Solvency II, MiFID II, SFDR and other fund regulatory reporting required;

  • Possess strong understanding of the content requirements and data components;

  • A strong aptitude for working with numbers and excellent analytical skills;

  • Ability to work under time pressure, prioritizing your work and deliver high quality results in a timely and efficient manner;

  • identify, and act on, opportunities to optimize internal controls, enhance existing or develop new controls to make analytical review procedures and other processes more effective and efficient.
