Shape how Tax & Legal professionals use AI in their everyday work.
As AI becomes an essential part of professional services, our Tax & Legal teams have an exciting opportunity to enhance the way we work, collaborate and deliver value to clients. In this role, you will help translate this opportunity into practical adoption by making AI tools accessible, relevant and easy to use for our people.
Working closely with Tax & Legal teams, AI specialists and colleagues across geographies and service lines, you will drive the AI adoption plan, build a strong community of champions and help teams turn ideas into concrete use cases, prompts, templates and automations.
How you can make an impact
- Get a detailed understanding of and work with the AI assets our firm has available, and which are used in Tax & Legal, globally, regionally and locally in Switzerland, and get a detailed understanding of the use(d) cases available.
- Be responsible for the increase of the adoption and effective use of AI tools across Tax & Legal by shaping and driving a clear, practical adoption plan
- Design and deliver engaging learning formats, including general and team-specific trainings, self-paced materials, drop-in sessions, and 1-on-1 support
- Identify, test and communicate relevant AI use cases, prompts, templates and automations that help teams work more effectively and create value for clients
- Build and nurture a Tax & Legal AI Community, enabling champions to share experiences, spread knowledge and connect teams across Switzerland and other geographies
- Measure usage and adoption, gather feedback and proactively define actions to improve engagement, confidence and impact over time
Who We Are Looking For
- You are curious, well-organised and people-oriented, with a talent for making new technologies understandable, practical and motivating for different audiences
- You have a university degree or equivalent qualification in business, law, tax, technology, innovation management, change management or a related field
- You bring experience in project coordination, change management, learning enablement, digital transformation or technology adoption, ideally in a professional services environment
- You are comfortable experimenting with AI tools and enjoy translating use cases into clear guidance, prompts, templates or simple automations together with specialists
- You communicate confidently in English; German or French is an advantage for collaboration with teams across Switzerland
Your Team
You will join a collaborative Tax & Legal environment in Switzerland where innovation, knowledge sharing and practical client impact go hand in hand. The role connects closely with professionals across our teams, AI experts in other service lines and geographies, and a growing network of AI champions. Together, you will create an open community where ideas, use cases and experiences are shared, questions are welcomed, and teams are supported in applying AI confidently in their day-to-day work.
