It's where respect and innovative ideas combine with real teamwork - every voice counts, every perspective makes us stronger. Our passion spurs us on to try new things and grow continuously. Sound like you? Then join our success story.
The CRO Manager should have a growth-oriented, full-funnel focus, not just optimizing what happens on-site, but ensuring consistency and effectiveness throughout the entire user journey, from the first ad impression through conversion. They act as a bridge between Performance Marketing and UX/Product, ensuring every part of the funnel converts efficiently.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Full-Funnel Optimization Mindset: Analyze and optimize the entire customer journey, from ad click to on-site conversion, identifying friction points and opportunities across both acquisition touchpoints and on-site experiences
- Provide actionable, data-based optimization opportunities leveraging strong data storytelling skills to feed product backlogs on campaign messaging, audience targeting alignment and landing page experience continuity
- Insight-Driven Experimentation: Use quantitative and qualitative data to uncover conversion barriers and growth opportunities. Formulate hypotheses and validate improvements through structured experimentation and testing
- Testing Governance & Measurement: Define and maintain consistent testing frameworks, including hypothesis generation, statistical significance thresholds, documentation standards, and knowledge sharing
- Continuous Improvement framework: Apply a continual improvement mindset by translating insights from A/B tests, behavioral analytics, and campaign feedback into targeted recommendations for marketing, UX, and product teams - pro-actively feeding the product backlog with prioritized opportunities
- Collaborative Solution Development: Work closely with UX, Product, and Performance teams, test, and validate solutions that enhance conversion rates and user experience across the funnel
YOUR SKILLS:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Analytics, Behavioral Economics, or a related quantitative field required; Master's degree or MBA preferred for added strategic and analytical depth
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, digital product experimentation, or performance marketing optimization, ideally in a fast-paced, data-driven B2B environment (e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, or digital consultancy)
- Analytical Expertise: Proven proficiency with A/B and multivariate testing platforms, web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics), and data visualization. Solid grasp of statistical significance, test design, and end-to-end funnel mechanics. Experience with qualitative research methods, such as user interviews and survey analysis, is a strong plus
- Experimentation Expertise: Proven proficiency with A/B and multivariate testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, AB Tasty, VWO), web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics), and data visualization. Strong grasp of statistical significance, test design, and conversion funnel mechanics is essential
- Full-Funnel Growth Perspective: Strong understanding of how CRO connects with acquisition channels (SEA, Paid Social, Display, SEO). Able to assess traffic quality, message continuity, and landing page performance to identify optimization opportunities across the entire user journey
- Insight translation for business alignment: Synthesizes CRO findings into concise, story-driven insights that enable senior stakeholders to understand impact, make data-informed decisions, and support cross-team execution
- Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken); German proficiency is a plus in our multilingual environment
At Sunrise, you'll be working in a dynamic and multinational environment where every voice is heard, perspectives are shared and values are lived. Diversity isn't just a program for us, it's part of our DNA. By celebrating our differences, we achieve great things together.
