For our Wafer Production department at Axetris AG we are looking for an independent, motivated person as Teamleader DryEtch/Litho

Your task

Overall management of the DryEtch/Litho division

Transfer of new processes to production

Ensuring qualitative and quantitative production

Further development of production processes with a view to improving quality, reducing waste and increasing productivity and efficiency

Monitoring product quality throughout the entire production process

Collaboration with other departments to improve uptime and capacity

Promote and support new solutions to improve productivity

Collaboration on new methods to increase problem solving and production error analysis

Organising training and providing professional and personal leadership to subordinates

Your profile

Degree in microtechnology, materials science, automation technology or mechanical engineering

Several years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry in a similar position

Experience in employee management

Good knowledge of German and English

High level of initiative, organisational skills, assertiveness and can-do mentality
