Ihre Aufgaben

• Managing a multi-project environment at Unilabs Switzerland across all aspects of the radiology business
• Project Management Office responsibilities, including:
• Acts primary as Project Manager for Key Projects and coordinates Projects managed by Line Management
• Project & (Programm) portfolio Management incl. Resource management
• Project Reporting, Controlling and Auditing/Gatekeeping where appropriate
• Informing senior management on (programmes), projects and portfolio status
• Supplying up to date PMO standards and methodology
• Training and coaching in PM at all levels in the radiology
• Increasing the degree of project management maturity in Unilabs Switzerland
• Ensuring ongoing risk assessment and mitigation across all projects
• Coordinates Unilabs Switzerland's cost Radiology transformation programme, including reporting to senior management and Unilabs Group and active participation in programme initiatives
• Drives Unilabs' Continuous Improvement Process to identify efficiency gaining opportunities with staff from all departments
• Provides a collaborative framework for these teams to improve communication and generated ideas for continuous improvement

Was Sie mitbringen

• 5 years consolidated experience in managing complex projects/programs, possibly in international environments.
• Experienced in medical projects/programs, with some knowledge on the medical environments or even radiology (would be a plus).
• Ability to manage and lead small teams/ groups (up to 10 people), in a smooth, cohesive, and inclusive manner with no direct report to the incumbent.
• Open to work in a matrix organization and different roles interaction.
• Solid background in the IT business, and knowledgeable about the business process analysis
• Pro-active, respectful, resilient, results oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while grasping the essence, and maintaining the direction of the project/program, strongly pragmatic, hands-on and able to zoom-in zoom-out.
• Knowledgeable about processes improvements methodologies: Lean, 6 Sigma, DevOps.
• Open minded, motivated and willing to “step-out” of his/her comfort zone, while raising new challenges, in a stimulating & innovative working environment.
• Driven by data and KPIs.
• Fluent English & Frencht; German is a plus
• Available as soon as possible
