Do you have a good head for numbers, enjoy working with HR data, and want to combine Payroll, HR Administration and HR Controlling? Then this varied position offers you the opportunity to combine operational HR responsibilities with analytical tasks and actively contribute to the further development of our HR processes.
In this role, you will support us in the areas of Payroll, HR Administration, Reporting and HR Controlling – both nationally and internationally.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing, coordinating and supporting the monthly payroll process for our employees across several countries
- Maintaining employee master data, time management and payroll data while ensuring a high level of data quality and accuracy
- Acting as a point of contact for employees, HR Business Partners and external partners regarding payroll- and HR-related matters
- Supporting HR Controlling in day-to-day operations as well as with recurring and ad hoc topics
- Preparing, analysing and further developing HR evaluations, statistics, KPIs and reports
- Analysing and preparing HR data as a basis for operational and strategic decision-making
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities as well as internal and external audits
- Contributing to the further development and optimisation of payroll, reporting and HR processes
What you bring
- Completed commercial or business-related vocational training, a university degree or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in HR Administration, Payroll, HR Controlling or a comparable HR environment
- Knowledge of payroll as well as wage tax and social security legislation within a European context is an advantage
- Confident use of a common HR or payroll system, ideally SAP HR
- Very good MS Excel skills and a strong understanding of numbers, data and their interrelationships
- Good written and spoken German skills
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in HR Controlling, Reporting and the preparation of meaningful HR KPIs
- A structured, accurate and independent way of working
- An interest in developing existing processes and contributing to new solutions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with a service- and solution-oriented approach
