SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Administrator (m/f/d)

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced SAP Administrator who will be responsible for the comprehensive administration of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition environments, encompassing access management, transport management, release upgrade coordination, and second/third level technical support for Financial Accounting and Controlling (FI/CO) modules. The successful candidate will serve as a critical liaison between business users and technical operations, ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of our SAP cloud landscape.

What You'll Do:

• SAP Platform Administration
  • Administer SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition environments, ensuring stability, security, and performance.
  • Manage identity and access management, including business users, roles, catalogs, and segregation of duties.
  • Monitor system health, background jobs, integrations, and interfaces.
  • Maintain system documentation for audit, compliance, and change management purposes.
• Transport & Release Management
  • Manage software collections and transport lifecycle across Development, Test and Production systems
  • Coordinate and execute semi-annual SAP release upgrades, including regression testing
• Integrations & SAP BTP
  • Administer SAP BTP services, including Cloud Connector, destinations, and integration flows (SAP Integration Suite).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration, configuration and authorization issues.
• Key User Extensibility & Configuration
  • Manage key user extensibility including custom fields, logic & business objects
  • Support configuration adjustments and troubleshooting in collaboration with business teams
  • Maintain configuration elements where appropriate (e.g. CBC, org structure, number ranges, document types)
• SAP Incident & Vendor Management
  • Coordinate SAP incidents and manage collaboration with SAP support and external partners while ensuring effective knowledge transfer to internal teams

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition administration
• Strong knowledge of SAP authorization concepts and three-system transport management
• Experience coordinating SAP release upgrades and cloud lifecycle management activities
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field; SAP certification preferred
• Experience with SAP BTP services, including Cloud Connector, destinations, and integration scenarios. Knowledge of Groovy (Java) scripting is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP FI/CO consulting experience is advantageous
