A day as a Business Developer

You develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts, due to your existing network

You help client organisations innovate and collaborate with their data, to achieve meaningful social and environmental change

You are comfortable being the first contact for customers and offer agile solutions in the fields of “custom web application” and “data” related projects

You know what questions to ask to understand the customers’ real needs

You work with several self-organised teams in close collaboration with developers, designers, Product Owners and Scrum Masters.

Your profile as a Business Developer

You are authentic and open-minded, and think “outside the box” when dealing with clients and their needs

You have an entrepreneur's mindset, are self-motivated, and excel at pitches, networking and negotiation

You can count on your established network to activate it within a short time frame

You value independent, pragmatic, self-organised work, and you are looking for a long-term adventure

You speak German and English
