We are seeking a Senior Global Commercialization Manager to join our team.
Your responsibilities

Lead end-to-end global product launches for both medical device as well digital health solutions within the Maternity Care & NICU portfolio.

Develop and implement go-to-market plans, including market segmentation, targeting, positioning, and value proposition development.

Drive commercialization of connected devices and SaaS-enabled offerings, supporting adoption and recurring revenue growth.

Partner closely with Product Marketing, Digital, Sales, and Medical Affairs teams to deliver integrated customer-facing initiatives.

Build business cases, assess market opportunities, and support investment and portfolio decisions through financial analysis and forecasting.

Ensure consistent global messaging and alignment with brand architecture while enabling local market relevance.

Monitor launch performance, track key metrics, and identify opportunities to optimize commercial impact and customer engagement.
Your qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

8-12+ years of experience in global marketing, product marketing, commercialization, or go-to-market roles within MedTech.

Proven track record of leading global product launched in medical device industry and commercialization initiatives for connected devices and SaaS solutions in regulated healthcare environments.

Strong expertise in go-to-market strategy, value proposition development, market positioning, and launch activation.

Demonstrated ability to engage healthcare professionals and translate customer insights into compelling commercial strategies.

Strong commercial acumen, including business case development, ROI analysis, project management, and cross-functional leadership.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across global teams in digitally enabled and SaaS-based business environments.
