Your Tasks

• Planning and management of flight test projects, including scheduling and coordination activities
• Daily planning and management of the aircraft fleet to ensure operational availability
• Management of aircraft configuration and readiness in support of flight operations
• Coordination and support of away trials, including logistics planning and on-site assistance

With this you convince us

• University degree in engineering, combined with experience in aircraft operations, aircraft maintenance, and aviation project management
• High level of commitment, strong organizational skills, and ability to perform effectively in a dynamic environment under pressure, including willingness to travel
• Experience in aircraft operations considered an advantage
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English and German as an advantage
• Well-organized, goal-oriented, flexible working style with strong initiative and team mindset
• Positive, collaborative team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills
