Could you be the full-time VIE / Student within the Site Quality team in Zurich we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your passion for quality management and continuous improvement in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll contribute to customer satisfaction by supporting quality assurance activities, performance monitoring, quality documentation management, problem-solving initiatives, and continuous improvement projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Supplier Quality, Project Management, and Operations), assist in quality process compliance assessments, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of supporting Service Business in PRQSM activities : Project Quality Management Plans (PQMP) and customer satisfaction initiatives, but also contribute to digitalization and data-driven quality improvements.
We’ll look to you for:
- Supporting the preparation, update, and monitoring of Project Quality Management Plans (PQMP).
- Assisting in coordinating project quality deliverables and action plans.
- Participating in root cause analysis and structured problem-solving activities using tools such as 8D, QRQC, and FMEA.
- Contributing to quality improvement projects aimed at reducing Cost of Non-Quality (CoNQ) and improving operational performance.
- Developing and maintaining quality dashboards and performance reports.
- Handling NCR process in service
- Supporting internal quality audits and process compliance assessments.

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Engineering, or Data Analytics.
- Fluency in English (mandatory), German great to have .
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IRIS) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI, Excel VBA, SharePoint, or similar digital tools.
- Lean Six Sigma training or academic exposure is appreciated.
- Previous internship or academic project in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations is preferred.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail, rigor, and a process-oriented approach.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn in an international environment.
