Tasks

• Support Ground Operations from the inside
• Administer training processes and provide organizational support
• Coordination and assistance with company internal events
• Handle station administrative tasks and assist in planning activities
• Support station operations by providing necessary documentation and communication materials
• Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies and knowledge management initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth flow of information and knowledge
• Gain practical experience in administration, communication, and projects

Requirements

• HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters) in the field of communication
• Independent work with proactive planning
• Team player
• Strong conceptual and analytical capabilities
• Customer-oriented mindset and solution-oriented thinking
• Very good spoken and written English and German skills
• Strong MS Office skills
