Job Description

Responsible for managing and organizing the physico-chemical laboratory for release and stability testing of biologics under GMP.

• Laboratory management including responsibility for management of laboratory staff
• Overall responsibility for all instrumental QC tests (compendial as well as complex HPLC and CE methods) including planning, execution, evaluation and reporting of results
• Review of test documentation/raw data and approval of results
• Development and validation of new and optimization/revalidation of existing analytical methods
• Ensure scientific and experimental quality
• Primary contact for our clients
• Application of electronic systems like eQMS and LIMS

Technical and scientific support in the preparation of proposals

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in biochemistry or comparable natural science.
• Broad experience in instrumental analytics of large molecules (HPLC, CE, etc.)
• Knowledge in tools like Chromeleon or other analytical software tools/data bases
• Independent, exact, and efficient mode of operations
• Experience in a GMP regulated environment
• Experienced in MS Office
• Proficient skills in English language (writing and speaking)
• Interested in a broad and challenging spectrum of tasks and motivated to grow business
