Are you passionate about optimizing supply chain processes and driving cross-functional collaboration? As a Process Manager Supply Chain within our Supply Chain Excellence team, you will play a key role in shaping efficient and consistent SCM processes across multiple business units. In this pivotal position, you'll coordinate with Operations, Planning & Fulfillment teams, lead Program Pandora-related initiatives, and drive technical transformation between IT and the business.

Tasks:

• In the Pandora Program, you will be tasked with implementing standardized processes and workflows. You will identify opportunities for automation and digitization, and design efficient solutions for the business across SCM, B2B, and network infrastructure
• Project Management: Manage and participate in IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. You act as a main SPOC for the newly build Supply Chain Operations Team. Additionally, involvement in our Pandora Program includes leading sub-projects and driving changes within SCM, B2B, and network infrastructure to facilitate process automation
• Process Improvement: Enhance supply chain processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing strategies to boost productivity and cut costs. Ensure ongoing analysis and improvement of end-to-end processes
• Process analysis & engineering: Based on Incidents or Business needs, you analyse processes and identify improved ways of working and design streamlined solutions
• Process documentation: You ensure the documentation the SCM processes in our knowledge database
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with different departments and stakeholders to ensure that supply chain processes align with the overall business objectives and to inform of project progress and potential issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Project Management or a related field
• Several years of experience in Supply Chain environment, Incident Management, Project Management or IT Support
• Advanced SAP skills (SAP4Hana) & technical understanding of software development
• Experienced in dealing with B2B and / or network infrastructure Business
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong hands-on and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English & German
