• Projects: You will advise banks, insurance companies and other financial services providers on the development of risk strategies and control systems, on the quantitative and qualitative management of various risk types and on the implementation of a wide range of regulatory requirements.
• Accounting: You will support the optimization and redesign of processes as well as advise on ESG topics or accompany software launches.
• Controlling: You will shape the transformation of our clients into world-class financial organizations by developing and optimizing bank management and reporting processes.
• Risk and regulatory: You will work on the analysis of regulatory requirements and their practical design by keeping an eye on current trends in sustainable finance, financial crime and digitalization.
• Treasury / capital investment: You will contribute to the design of investment strategies with a special focus on deriving strategic asset allocations or sustainably aligning portfolios.
• Responsibility: You will work together in a team to develop innovative solutions or use the opportunity to write your own articles and studies, such as our Regional Banking Study or Insurance Study .

Your skills:

• Excellent university degree (economics, e.g. business studies, political economics, business administration, or natural sciences, e.g. mathematics, physics).
• First experience (in one of the above-mentioned areas) through an internship, in consulting, in the finance and insurance industry or through an apprenticeship/integrated-degree program in the banking and insurance industry.
• Enthusiasm for solving complex problems as well as analytical and communication skills – you can inspire people for zeb and your ideas.
• Stay and grow: you want to constantly deepen your own knowledge and acquire new expertise.
• Excellent command of the German language (at least C1 level, business-fluent proficiency) and good English language skills (at least B2 level, fluent), both written and spoken.  #LI-LARA  #LI-Hybrid
