In Switzerland, JLL is represented by its own country organization with two offices in Zurich and Geneva. With an experienced team of around 70 experts, we offer specialized consulting services for real estate companies, owners, investors, and users. These include the management of complex and large-volume real estate transactions (asset and share deals), valuations of investment properties and real estate companies, strategic consulting services for property owners, as well as leasing and tenant representation in connection with commercial rental space.

For the Real Estate Leasing division, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Leasing Advisory Switzerland (f/m/d) to join our team full-time at our Zurich location.

Scope of Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Business Development
• Assume full responsibility for the development of the "Leasing Advisory" business line across Switzerland, with a key objective of driving growth in both the German-speaking and French-speaking regions for both Tenant and Landlord Representation services.
• Develop and execute innovative acquisition strategies to win new mandates and increase brand awareness on a national level.
• Develop services for new asset classes such as Life Science, Data Center etc.
• Strengthen JLL's market position by leveraging and extending your network and building a strong local pipeline for both leasing and tenant representation mandates.
• Achieve annual financial and strategic targets set by the Swiss and EMEA management.

Team & Operational Management

• Hold full P&L, budget, and personnel responsibility for the national department, including reporting to global.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing leasing team across Switzerland, ensuring continuous professional growth, consistent quality, and the ongoing enhancement of tools and processes.
• Oversee all leasing activities, including the initial and subsequent letting of commercial properties.
• Oversee all Tenant Representation activities from acquisition through execution until closing.
• Foster collaboration and synergies between the Tenant and Landlord Representation team and between Geneva and Zurich.
  

Client & Mandate Oversight

• Hold ultimate responsibility for major landlord representation mandates for commercial properties on behalf of institutional investors and private owners.
• Assume overall responsibility for all tenant representation mandates.
• Act as the project lead on complex strategic advisory mandates for both property owners and occupiers.

Representation & Collaboration

• Represent the Swiss Leasing Advisory team in internal management meetings and collaborate effectively with other JLL business lines.
• Serve as a primary ambassador for JLL within the Swiss real estate industry, actively participating in industry organizations, associations, and external events.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Extensive proven relevant experience in the real estate sector with a track-record of successful mandates and client network in the industry.
• Established people manager who understands how to steer, motivate and grow the team.
• Fluency in German and English is essential with business level French language skills also highly desirable.
