Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Hilfskoch (Assistant Cook) to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will support our chefs with daily kitchen operations and help deliver consistently high-quality dishes to our guests.

• Preparing and presenting menu items to the highest standards of quality and creativity.
• Collaborating with the team to maintain kitchen efficiency, upholding food safety, hygiene, and presentation protocols.
• Innovating within our fusion style to delight guests and support our growth.

Requirements

• Experience in Asian and European kitchens
• Enthusiastic and team-oriented, with a passion for culinary excellence.
• Committed to upholding the highest standards in food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Excited to grow the Eclipse brand while advancing your own career in a supportive, innovative environment.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Fluency in English
• Swiss working permit or EU passport
