YOUR CHALLENGE

• Project lead / Business analysist for regulatory projects in the area of Suitability / Advisory Risk Framework

• Facilitation of translation of regulatory requirements into business requirements

• Analyse the impact of new change requests in terms of required new functionalities and processes

• Workout solution designs together with the IT stakeholders

• Global alignment & stakeholder management

• End to end project execution including business analysis, user acceptance testing, rollout and education

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or Law

• Proven experience in international business environments, project management and business analysis; thereof at least 5 years in project implementation at a private bank or in the Wealth Management sector

• In-depth business and regulatory expertise in consumer protection (MIFID/FIDLEG) and / or Sustainable Finance 

• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously, to set priorities and work independently

• Strong analytical skills, able to structure and document regulatory & business requirements and solution options

• Experience with agile project methodology and delivery  

• Fast learner and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English (French or German is an asset)
