For our client, an innovative pharmaceutical company with its international headquarters based in the French part of Switzerland, we are searching for a:
As Key Account, your responsibility will be to build strong relationships with Cardiologists in the Romandie region and drive business growth. An existing network of cardiologists in the region will be mandatory in order to be successful in this position. Your Main Tasks
Establishing and maintaining partnerships with cardiologists in private practices, hospitals, and other relevant institutions within Romandie
Providing professional advice and information on the applications and therapeutic benefits of high-quality products
Efficient budget utilization: ensuring optimal use of the available budget in your area
Organizing and conducting training events for healthcare professionals in your area of responsibility
Representing the company at national and international congresses and other events
Strategic Key Account Management: developing and implementing customer-specific projects to ensure long-term collaboration
Your profile
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cardiology sales / KAM (industry, medical devices, or pharma), with a strong network of cardiologists
Proven ability to manage complex accounts and referral networks
Strong agility and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to thrive in dynamic, evolving environments
High business acumen and ability to understand clinical as well as commercial drivers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong sense of innovation, curiosity, and willingness to challenge conventional approaches
