About the Role

Work with clients to turn business questions into AI and data solutions that inform decisions and support their objectives. In our AI & Insights team, you will contribute to data strategies, modern platforms and AI use cases, from defining value through to production. You may focus on AI and analytics or data engineering and platforms, with the most suitable subteam identified during the interview process. You will learn through client delivery alongside colleagues with different technical and industry backgrounds.

How you can make an impact

• Design and implement AI and data strategies, data management approaches, platforms and AI use cases that support clients’ regulatory, cost and revenue objectives.

• Translate business needs into coherent data and AI solution designs, contributing architectural, technical and organisational perspectives on complex transformations.

• Take data and AI use cases from a business-value concept through implementation and into production.

• Build trusted client relationships through project delivery, and contribute to business development opportunities and professional networks.

• Share knowledge across industries, support colleagues’ development and continue building your own expertise.

What you bring to succeed

• You can structure complex business and technical requirements into coherent solution designs and explain the choices clearly in writing, presentations and conversations.

• You can connect business needs with technical solutions and work constructively with colleagues and client stakeholders.

• You have initial relevant experience in consulting, a technology company or an industry role involving AI or data-driven work, and an interest in developing your AI and data consulting practice.

• You learn new topics readily, manage multiple activities independently and pay attention to technical detail.

• You are fluent in English and can develop meaningful presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

What sets you apart

• Practical experience with AI and analytics solutions can help you contribute to use-case delivery.

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP, or large language models and related services strengthens your technical contribution.

• Knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, Dataiku, Power BI or Tableau, or a background in engineering or mathematics, adds useful perspectives.

• German or French fluency, or experience in banking, insurance, life sciences or healthcare, can help you connect with a wider range of clients.

Your team

You will join an AI & Data team of more than 50 people based in Zurich and Geneva. The team works across the data lifecycle, from structuring and sourcing information to transforming, storing and using it for insights. You will work with colleagues on varied client projects involving data solutions, analytics and AI, with opportunities to learn through delivery, mentoring and training. Depending on your background and interests, you may join the AI/Analytics or Data Engineering/Data Platform subteam.
