As we continue to expand our international retail distribution, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team and take ownership of our retail partner relationships and sales administration.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the primary point of contact for Formex's retail partners across Europe, Asia, and beyond. You will combine relationship management, sales coordination, and administrative rigour to ensure our partners receive an outstanding level of service, and that our commercial objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Partner Relations
- Serve as the main contact for existing retail partners: answer enquiries, coordinate orders, and maintain strong long-term relationships
- Onboard new retail partners and guide them through Formex's processes, brand standards, and product assortment
- Monitor partner performance and proactively identify opportunities to grow sell-through and brand presence
- Coordinate trade fair participation and retail activations in collaboration with the CEO and marketing
- Conduct regular follow-ups with partners by phone, email, and in-person visits
- Travel to retail partner locations to support product launches, training sessions, and brand activations
- Represent Formex at international watch fairs and trade events
Sales Administration
- Process and track all B2B orders from creation to delivery, liaising with logistics and the warehouse
- Maintain and update the partner database and CRM with accurate, up-to-date information
- Prepare sales reports, partner performance summaries, and commercial dashboards for management
- Manage pricing lists, product catalogues, and trade materials across multiple markets and currencies
- Support invoicing, credit management, and coordination with the finance team
- Assist in preparing and following up on trade fair orders and seasonal collections
Your Profile
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in a Key Account Manager, Wholesale Manager, or similar B2B sales role, ideally within the watch, jewellery, or luxury accessories industry
- Strong understanding of wholesale distribution dynamics and retail partner management
- Excellent organisational skills with a structured, process-driven approach to administration
- Comfortable working with ERP/CRM systems and MS Office (Excel in particular)
- Experience in order management and sales operations is a strong asset
Languages
- English: fluent (working language for international partners)
- French: fluent (working language internally and with French-speaking partners)
- German: fluent (working language for Swiss market and DACH region)
- Additional languages are a plus

- Professional, service-minded, and comfortable working directly with clients and partners
- Proactive and autonomous, able to manage priorities without constant supervision
- Diplomatic and composed under pressure, with a natural ability to build trust
- Passion for watchmaking or the premium/luxury goods sector is a genuine advantage
