Group Controller

What you’ll be doing:

• Responsible for the monthly Group reporting and assisting in the preparation of regular reports and key figures for management and stakeholders.
• Active support in the preparation of the periodic forecast and annual budgeting.
• Continuously monitoring and analysing financial and business developments, including budget variances, providing explanations and recommendations.
• Internal contact person for analyses and evaluations of various business areas.
• Monitoring and analysing transfer pricing processes.
• Co-creation in the development of the Controlling function.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
• Liaise with the finance counterparts within the group to ensure timely and concise reporting.
• Give assistance to Group Head of Accounting.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree (or in education to master) in Accounting, Finance & Controlling or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Controller or in a senior financial management role.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles (Swiss GaapFER or IFRS), financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems (Workday, SAP etc)
• Experience working in an international organisation with numerous companies and cost centres.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence decision-makers.
• Fluent German and English.
