Your team
The Corporate Functions division encompasses the Group’s non-banking activities and comprises over 600 employees. Staffed by specialists with deep expertise across all business lines, the central functions are organised into various group departments: Communication, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Corporate Office, Risk and Taxation.
We provide senior management with business and financial insights to enable them to define the strategic priorities of the Group and assist with the planning and monitoring of their implementation.
Your role
• Lead a team of financial analysts.
• Manage capital planning for the Group’s main banking entities and at consolidated level, including the analysis and projections of risk-weighted assets.
• Oversee financial forecasting and scenario analysis for Group and business lines.
• Coordinate annual budgets, set targets and recommend resource allocations.
• Prepare business performance reviews, track budget attainment and monitor strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate long-term financial planning and evaluate the impact of proposed initiatives.
• Execute change projects and improve financial reporting tools and processes.
• Analyse market trends and conduct competitive benchmarking.
Your profile
• Master’s degree or equivalent in STEM or Finance. MBA is a plus.
• 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role in a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team of a large organisation and a proven project management experience (Consultancy firm experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and sense of ownership; comfortable with numbers and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Skilled presenter able to clearly convey financial insights to management.
• Knowledge of banking/asset management industries and experience with FP&A tools (Anaplan, Tagetik, SAP BPC) preferred.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Must reside in Switzerland or be open to relocation.
