Expertise

Hikmat Maleh is a partner and co-head of the Investigations practice in Geneva. A litigator with deep experience in cross-border matters, he advises and represents clients in complex proceedings before Swiss criminal and civil courts, frequently in a multi-jurisdictional context.

His practice focuses on white collar crime matters, including money laundering, bribery, insider trading, asset recovery and mutual legal assistance, as well as banking litigation, commercial and employment disputes, and sanctions compliance and enforcement.

Hikmat serves as hiring partner for the firm's Geneva and Lausanne offices.
