For our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company headquartered in Basel, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager Supply Chain Management (m/w/d). Your responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive supply chain PMO activities for a strategic global integration project spanning multiple business units 
• Drive end-to-end evaluation and implementation of integrated business setups in close collaboration with key stakeholders 
• Oversee workstream leadership and design future operational flows while ensuring alignment with project timelines and business requirements 
• Manage complete flow implementation processes from conception through execution across global and country-specific levels 
• Utilize advanced PMO tools to create tracking dashboards and provide proactive monitoring of project activities 
• Drive resolution of critical issues and ensure timely completion of deliverables through effective stakeholder management 
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between different business units during the harmonization process

Your profile

• Master's degree in business administration, finance, supply chain management, or related field 
• 8-10 years of professional experience with proven track record in complex project management 
• Advanced English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Expert-level MS Office skills, particularly advanced Excel capabilities for data analysis and reporting 
• Demonstrated expertise in integration projects including finance systems, processes, and organizational transitions 
• Comprehensive supply chain knowledge with hands-on experience in end-to-end flow design and process implementation 
• Life sciences or commercial experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred 
• Strong leadership abilities to mobilize and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively
