An exciting opportunity exists for the most personable Retail Host to join our newly created luxury travel brand “Explora Journeys” to deliver a “Michelin-starred” retail guest experience. Explora Journeys is a vibrant, cosmopolitan, European luxury brand, imagined in the heart of Swiss Hospitality and luxury in Geneva. Leveraging our parent company MSC Group`s hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of four ships (currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travelers.

• Deliver a truly unique & unparalleled retail guest experience, through inspirational presentation & story-telling of the products and brands we offer.

• Create one-of-a-kind special moments through immersive education, leading to lasting memories.

• Evoke meaningful purchases by creating affinity to the products and brands on offer.

• Deliver ad-hoc personalized shopping services as required throughout the journey.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in jewelry and watch stores, leading in luxury goods belonging to prestigious Maisons.

• Previous shipboard experience in luxury jewelry and watches stores is a plus.

• Any official certification as luxury watches specialist is a plus.

• Ability to educate in a motivational style, whilst personalizing your approach to diverse, discerning guests.

• Confidence & eloquence presenting in both intimate and public settings.

• Proficient in English. Any additional languages, particularly European languages, is considered an advantage.

Possess a valid passport and seaman's book if available.
