The Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich is located in the heart of the Old Town, in the main business center, close to the city's leisure attractions and just a short walk from the shores of Lake Zurich. The Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich has 80 guest rooms and suites and three dining venues, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant and a lobby lounge. The hotel is ideal for meetings and events with its newly renovated event facilities, including a grand historic ballroom.

As a Laundry Attendant you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Carrying out uniform fittings and sewing work

Receiving, checking and delivering guest laundry

Ensuring that guest laundry is cleaned properly

Proper sorting, cleaning, ironing and packing of guest laundry

Managing and issuing hotel uniforms

Support with inventories

As Laundry Attendant, we

expect from you:

Experience in housekeeping, especially in the upscale hotel industry

Experience in the field of tailoring or existing sewing skills

A strong service orientation and independent way of working

Flexibility - your position includes weekend and public holiday shifts

Open-mindedness, a sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team

Very good knowledge of English. Further foreign language skills are an advantage
