The LIKA Group is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our
dynamic corporate affairs team in Fisibach (AG). In this strategically
important role, you will play a vital role in positioning LIKA as a thought
leader and trusted partner in the industry
We are looking for a highly strategic and globally minded Head of Brand and International Marketing to architect and lead the brand positioning and international marketing strategy of our diversified group active in real estate development, construction, and luxury hospitality. This executive-level role requires a visionary leader capable of translating complex business objectives into compelling brand and marketing experiences across multiple cultures, regulatory environments, and stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive a group-wide brand and marketing governance framework, ensuring alignment across subsidiaries and geographic markets (Switzerland, UAE, Balkans)
- Spearhead the end-to-end development and execution of high-impact global marketing and brand campaigns, tailored for both B2B and B2C audiences
- Lead all internal and external marketing communications, with a strong focus on brand reputation, investor storytelling, and market influence
- Position the group as a thought leader in real estate and hospitality through global media engagement, keynote presence, and strategic marketing partnerships
- Oversee the creation and curation of multi-language marketing content ecosystems across digital platforms, corporate publications, and ESG communications
- Act as chief brand custodian during cross-border M&A activities, rebranding initiatives, and luxury development project launches
- Manage, mentor, and expand an in-house marketing team and an international network of agencies, creatives, and PR consultants
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and C-Suite to craft messaging for capital markets, regulators, institutional partners, and high-profile clients
- Establish and monitor brand and marketing KPIs, implementing real-time optimizations based on analytics and stakeholder feedback
- • Ensure full compliance with international marketing standards, including data privacy, advertising law, and cross-border regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Strategic Marketing, International Business, Communications, or a related discipline from a recognized institution
- 10+ years of progressive experience in a senior marketing and brand leadership role, with a demonstrable track record in complex, multinational environments
- Proven ability to lead brand transformations, crisis marketing efforts, and large-scale multi-market campaigns
- Native or near-native proficiency in both English and Albanian; additional languages (German, French, Italian) strongly preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, particularly with institutional investors, government bodies, and UHNW clientele
- Deep understanding of brand and marketing performance metrics, reputation management tools, and international media landscapes
- Executive presence, with strong public speaking abilities and a high level of cultural and diplomatic sensitivity
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively and represent the group at international forums, industry summits, and high-level negotiations
