Product Developer Aerospace Components (m/f/d)

Your Challenges

• Co-develop innovative electrical high-tech components for Aerospace applications

• Collaborate closely with international customers and best-in-class project teams - from concept to series production

• Represent SCHURTER and our products at international trade fairs and technical conferences

• Lead technical aspects of customer-specific developments and projects

• Continuously improve the product and technology portfolio for Aerospace - with a strong focus on market needs and technological progress

Your Qualification

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related field (HF, FH, ETH or equivalent)

• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or industrial environments is a plus

• Proficiency in eCAD (e.g. Altium) and simulation tools (e.g. LTspice, COMSOL)

• Strong communication skills in German and/or English

• Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for international representation and collaboration

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with innovation spirit and team orientation
