Your Mission:
Within the Digital Unit you will be responsible for driving the Digital Sales mission together with the Digital Team. In your intern role, you will be fully integrated in our team and play a crucial role in driving online sales and revenue generation across brands. You will optimize the online shopping experience, support and lead digital marketing campaigns within the website team and work on a full range of different projects to maximize conversion rates on our websites. The ideal candidate? A personality with energy and drive, hungry to learn and willing to get his/her hands dirty. No experience in digital is required.
Your Duties:
- Be an active team member of the Digital Sales team, driving and contributing to the mission of increasing online sales
- Deliver and execute on new ideas to improve the customers’ experience and customer journeys on our websites, with a customer-oriented approach & communication
- Update websites for all Salt’s brands following the commercial roadmap
- Build new landing pages for all Salt’s websites to achieve the key business objectives
- Lead dedicated digital initiatives with the goal of improving the digital conversion and increase digital sales
- Ensure content across all brands, websites & pages is customer-oriented and targeted towards increasing conversion
- Test new CMS functionalities and components to drive UX optimisation, collaborating closely with analysts, designers, developers and marketeers
- Conduct analysis of our website & digital campaigns data, as well as competitors strategies, to optimize our own journeys – and present these insights and recommendations to the team
- Perform keyword research and collaborate to ensure SEO best practices are implemented
- Work together and ensure strong collaboration with IT, developers, digital and marketing team members
What you bring:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree (or currently studying a Bachelor or Master) in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science – or similar
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high pace environment and under time pressure
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
- Analytical skills: data-driven personality, continuous improvement mindset and customer-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills
- Solid time management skills
- Initiative and proactivity
- Ability to get your hands dirty and step out of job description to “get things done”
- Mastery in writing at least 2 of our website languages (French, German, English, Italian) – German is a big plus
