In the Romandie market, this role sits at the intersection of client impact, market development and leadership. The focus is on building senior-level relationships, shaping transformative AI and Data agendas and turning strategic opportunities into meaningful consulting mandates with lasting business value.
That’s the job – your main tasks

Driving business development and sales activities for AI and Data consulting engagements across the Romandie market, with a clear focus on growth, relevance and client impact

Building trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders and positioning AI as a strategic lever for business transformation, operating model evolution and competitive advantage

Identifying, shaping and winning complex AI and Data opportunities, from early client dialogue through proposal development to mandate launch

Leading high-impact consulting engagements from strategy through implementation oversight, while connecting AI initiatives with broader business and organisational transformation programmes

Contributing to the growth of the local Data & AI practice through mentoring, team development, market visibility and close collaboration with Eraneos experts across Switzerland and Europe

extensive experience in consulting, business transformation and AI/Data advisory is combined with the seniority required to operate credibly at executive level
-
a strong track record in selling, developing and leading consulting engagements related to AI, GenAI, Data or digital transformation can be demonstrated
-
senior stakeholders can be engaged with confidence and AI can be positioned not as a trend topic, but as a concrete business and transformation agenda
-
large-scale transformation initiatives have been shaped or led in complex environments, ideally with clear ownership for outcomes, stakeholder alignment and delivery quality
-
strong expertise across current AI trends, LLM ecosystems, GenAI use cases and enterprise adoption challenges is complemented by fluent French at a minimum C1 level and professional English proficiency
