For the Business Unit Mobility Solutions at our headquarters in Sachseln (Lucerne area), we are looking for a an uncomplicated, independent, and committed individual to join our Project Management Office (PMO) as an intern.

Your area of responsibility

• Build a validated, effort-driver-based calculator that turns project parameters (scope, complexity, duration) into consistent project cost baselines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Product Development Process (PDP) enhancements
• Contribute to the update of processes documentation and creation of user guidelines for optimized solutions
• Support the development, preparation and tracking of project KPIs to ensure effective performance monitoring (PowerBI)
• Help create engaging and informative project management training materials in maxon training platform

Your profile

• you hold (or are currently pursuing) a Bachelor's or master's in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• you bring strong analytical and organizational skills, strong interest in digital process automation and app development
• you communicate exceptionally well and thrive in collaborative environments (English is a must, German or French are a plus)
• you are proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with the Microsoft Power Platform.
