Job description

You will support all our existing customers in a defined sales area and increase awareness of new products and services from Bosch Power Tools through targeted acquisition of new customers.

You will work with our customers to develop individual solutions and bring added value to them through their collaboration with Bosch Power Tools.

Furthermore, you are responsible for:

• The sales/profit development of the assigned sales region and customers
• For targeted demonstrations, training courses, presentations of the entire product range
• Contract negotiations, project business and budget target achievement
• Project, product and customer analyses regarding applications and solutions
• Regular customer and market feedback

Qualifications

• Basic craft training
• Further training in business administration is an advantage
• Experience and network in the Swiss construction industry
• Experience in direct sales of construction-related products and/or services
• Understanding of customer needs and application areas
• Proactive and entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Strong communication skills at all levels of the hierarchy
• Language skills: (Swiss) German, French is an advantage
