• Lead the technical and commercial project management of ETCS onboard system integration projects.
• Manage projects throughout their full lifecycle, from handover by Sales through to the end of the warranty period.
• Ensure achievement of project objectives related to schedule, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all project activities to ensure successful and timely project execution.
• Manage and coordinate all project stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, internal teams, and partners.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks, opportunities, changes, and project dependencies.
• Monitor project financial performance, including costs, revenues, forecasting, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and provide accurate and timely project reporting.
• Lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional project teams, fostering effective collaboration and a strong team culture.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management methodologies, processes, tools, and best practices.
• Contribute to the enhancement of overall project execution excellence and business performance.

• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or similar).
• Several years of experience in project management, preferably within the railway or transportation industry.
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary technical projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of railway standards and regulations (e.g., TSI CCS, UNISIG) is an advantage.
• Experience with ETCS onboard systems or railway signaling is an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented working style with a high level of ownership.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Fluent in English; German and additional languages are an asset.
• Willingness to travel (10-25%).
