1.1 Who we are looking for

The timber construction engineer will join the engineering department team, preferably in the field of
prefabrication. He/she has extensive knowledge and experience in the field and most importantly a desire to
grow in a proactive and ambitious team.

1.2 What we expect from you

You will be part of a great team of architects, engineers, and technicians in the industry. With initiative skills,
you will. You will take responsibility for complex project activities. Effectiveness in interpersonal
relationships and the ability to manage client relationships will ensure successful and authoritative
completion of work.

Your duties will cover in detail:

• Design and sizing of prefabricated wood buildings (timber frame, traditional, XLAM)


• Development of detailed solutions


• Order management


• Development of production plans


• Financial management

1. We would really like to get to know you if:

• You have practical experience in carpentry or construction


• You are familiar with wood prefabrication.

The profile is completed by excellent communication skills, knowledge of Italian and German, precision,
autonomy organization and strong results orientation.
