Main task

• Processing inquiries and requests from customers and considering their needs.




• Building and strengthening customer relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.




• Collecting and analyzing data on customer behavior to best understand their needs.




• Product demonstrations and planning of consulting workshops.




• Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they are meeting all customer requests.




• Preparing progress reports for clients and executives within the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.




• Experience with project management or customer service.




• Demonstrated ability to work consistently and positively in a dynamic environment.




• Excellent writing, telephone, and presentation skills.




• Strong customer service skills and ability to deal with various types of customers.




• Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.




• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
