In Switzerland, we have been operating for more than 35 years and employ close to 50 people both in ZRH-Bassersdorf and GVA-Geneva. We are currently seeking an Indoor Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Supporting sales on development for non assigned customers
• Support sales with customer qualification process to grow our Sales Pipeline
• Managing Trade Lane Development alignments with key overseas stations
• Supporting the sales team / sales Management in daily administrative tasks
• Assisting in SME customer inquiries and rush orders
• Develop, manage and analyze sales related performance measures / KPI's
• Support Sales in CRM updates
• Suggest Sales process improvements
• Organize Customer- and Internal Events
• Support Marketing activities and merchandise orders
• Manage digital Marketing / News / local Web Page for NX Switzerland
• Employing marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
• Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales support role
• Good understanding of office management
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing software and online applications
• Exquisite communication and people skills supporting our growth
