not to recommend-unprofessional-no clue about Swiss market
I get phone calls from agencies for roles with HCL in Switzerland for 250 CHF daily rate, no job description, no details. They have to come up with decent rates and have a professional approach. Talking to HCL staff: hot air, no details, no feedback, and still lousy rates.
